It belongs to acrylamide thickeners and adhesives.
methylene bisacrylamide N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide (methylene bisacrylamide) can be used as a crosslinking agent for preparing polyacrylamide gels, Separation of biopolymer compounds (proteins, peptides, nucleic acids). Preparation method A preparation method of N-N-methylene bisacrylamide, the preparation method steps are:(1). Add 245kg of water into the reaction kettle, start stirring, and heat to 70 ℃;(2). Then 75kg of acrylamide and 105kg of formaldehyde are added, and the polymerization inhibitor p-hydroxyanisole is added at the same time. The addition amount is 100 ~ 500ppm, and the reaction is fully carried out by stirring at 40 ℃ for 1 hour. (3). Then add 75kg of acrylamide and 45kg of catalyst hydrochloric acid, heat to 70 ℃ under stirring, react for 2 hours, and cool for 48 hours. (4). Filter out the product and dry it at 80 ℃ to obtain N-N '-methylene bisacrylamide finished product.
